The Value of Friends

In my nearly fifty years of life,

friends have been my driving force.

They have kept me company,

kept me from feeling alone,

and kept me feeling loved...

...even when romance was gone!

In my years of life,

I have come to realize that

whether near or far by distance...

...it is never far to a true friend's house.

Friends are gifts from God!

I truly feel a friend is a guardian angel.

Thank you for being my angel!

During my life I have come to believe:

Friends are with us

for a reason,

for a season,

or for a lifetime.

No matter how long you are

present and active in my life,
